Garden Diary, 2 December 2008

It's been a very good spring so far, lots of sun, probably not as much rain as I would have liked but we've been watering a lot to make up for it.

All the veges are in now and making good progress. This year we have: spuds, corn, peas, onions, lettuce, shallots, celery, tomatoes, asparagus, carrots, garlic. The fruit trees this year seem to be cropping really well, possibly because of the wet winter, Josh tells me :-) The apricot has the first crop in it's five years of existence and even Madeline's peach tree has a few peaches on it !
